ETL/UL-approved manual-reset safety thermostat used across various three-phase machines from La Cimbali, Faema, Promac, Rancilio, San Marco, and Sanremo, EGO #5531532110. Trips at 187°F and must be manually reset once the boiler cools, protecting against a runaway heating element or failed pressurestat.
