INSTALLATION
An electrical job best left to a technician, the touchpad ribbon connector is delicate and needs careful handling.
PRO TIPS
- Handle the ribbon connector by its edges only, and seat it fully before locking the ZIF connector, a partially inserted ribbon is a common cause of a touchpad that lights up but won't register presses.
