Rancilio 100° Brew Temperature Thermostat
OEM stock replacement brewing thermostat for Rancilio machines, rated at 100/110°C. Note that the 110-degree version is no longer available separately — this 100-degree thermostat is now the stock replacement across both ratings.

INSTALLATION
A job for someone comfortable with basic electrical work.
PRO TIPS
- Use thermal paste on the sensing head before bolting or clamping the thermostat down — it fills microscopic gaps between the switch and contact surface for accurate heat transfer, and it's especially important on pipe-mount installs. Don't use it as an adhesive.
- Choose a thermally-stable synthetic paste that won't harden, dry out or melt in normal use — a degraded thermal interface is a common reason a freshly-replaced thermostat still runs brew temperature inconsistently.
