PTFE Steam Valve Gasket – 24 x 19 x 2mm
A PTFE flat gasket used to seal steam valve bodies closed on a range of European commercial machines. PTFE holds up to steam heat without the compression set you'd get from a rubber gasket in the same spot.

INSTALLATION
DIY-simple with basic hand tools.
PRO TIPS
- PTFE doesn't compress and recover the way rubber does - once it's crushed flat from an over-tightened valve, it stays flat. If a steam leak comes back shortly after a rebuild, suspect an over-torqued valve nut before blaming the gasket; snug is enough, don't wrench it down.
