La San Marco Group Dispersion Plate
Dispersion (shower) plate that spreads water evenly across the puck as it exits the group. A warped, pitted or clogged plate is a common hidden cause of uneven extraction even when the group gasket and screen look fine.

INSTALLATION
Simple DIY swap once the group screen and retaining screw are removed.
PRO TIPS
- Check the dispersion holes for mineral buildup before condemning the plate, soaking in an espresso machine descaler often restores even flow, but if the plate is visibly warped or the holes are enlarged from erosion, replacement is the only fix.
