This gasket holder is used in the La Marzocco FB80 and GB5 steam valve assemblies, and pairs with either the F_137 plane gasket or the F_200 Viton flat plane gasket, depending on your build.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: La Marzocco FB80 and GB5 models
  • Works with: F_137 plane gasket or F_200 Viton gasket

INSTALLATION

PRO TIPS

  • If you're rebuilding the whole valve, consider the F_200 Viton gasket over the standard F_137 — Viton holds up noticeably better to the repeated heat cycling a steam valve sees, so it's worth the upgrade while the assembly is already apart.
