INSTALLATION

DIY, though the old handle may be thread-locked in place from the factory, a little heat on the joint helps break it free.

PRO TIPS

  • If your old handle won't turn by hand, don't force it with pliers on the visible grip, heat the metal threaded collar to soften the factory threadlocker first, then it should back off cleanly.
