INSTALLATION
Smear a thin layer of thermal paste on the sensing head prior to bolting or clamping it down, professional installation is recommended.
PRO TIPS
- Thermal paste fills microscopic imperfections in the metal surfaces to aid heat transfer, which matters most for pipe-mount applications, don't skip it.
- This synthetic thermal grease is stable long-term and won't harden, dry out, or melt in normal use, but it's not a substitute for a secure mechanical mount, never use it as a glue.
