Copper Sealing Washer for 1/4" Flowmeter Fittings

This small copper crush gasket seals 1/4" flowmeter fittings on Rancilio machines and was originally specified for Futurmat equipment as well. Copper's soft, malleable structure lets it cold-flow into the fitting's sealing face for a tight, drip-free connection.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • 17.8 x 13 x 1 mm, copper

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: Most 1/4" flowmeter fittings; Rancilio and (originally) Futurmat machines
  • Replaces: Rancilio part #27270001

INSTALLATION

A five-minute swap for anyone who can access the flowmeter fitting with a wrench.

PRO TIPS

  • Copper gaskets work-harden once compressed — never reuse an old one after removing a fitting for service; a re-torqued used copper washer is a common source of slow flowmeter weeps.
