CMA Steam/Water Valve Bushing Nut - Brass
Brass bushing nut that retains and seals the valve stem on CMA-style steam/water valves. Used across the same broad range of Astoria/CMA, MCE, and Wega machines as the matching valve fitting, a common wear point once the stem starts to weep past the packing.

INSTALLATION
A technician-level job; snug the bushing nut down evenly to compress the packing without over-tightening and binding the stem.
PRO TIPS
- If the valve is stiff to turn after reassembly, back the bushing nut off a quarter turn, over-compressed packing is the most common cause of a hard-to-turn steam knob.
