CMA Steam/Water Valve Body Gasket

A 26 x 20 x 2mm paper-composite gasket that seals the CMA steam/water valve body against its mounting surface. It's also the correct gasket for Nuova Simonelli Optima sight glass assemblies, so keep a couple on hand if you service both.

INSTALLATION

Simple DIY gasket swap during valve service.

PRO TIPS

  • Only one gasket per valve, stacking two to "help" the seal actually keeps the valve body from seating flush and causes a leak, not prevents one.
  • If you're tired of replacing this every time you service the valve, the copper version (AS_81) holds up better to repeated tear-downs than the stock paper composite.
