CMA 3/8 x 3/8" Check Valve
Boiler check valve in the less-common 3/8" x 3/8" size, built for CMA-based Astoria espresso machines. Most Astoria models use the more common 1/4" x 3/8" check valve instead, this one is for older machines that specifically call for the larger 3/8" x 3/8" size, and a handful of older units use both sizes together.

- Fits: Older CMA-based Astoria espresso machines requiring the 3/8" x 3/8" check valve
- Related part: 1/4" x 3/8" check valve (W_225), the size used on most models
INSTALLATION
Plumbing component, recommend a qualified technician confirm boiler orientation and flow direction before installing.
PRO TIPS
- Check valves are directional, before installing, confirm the flow-direction arrow on the valve body faces the same way as your old one, or water flow through the boiler circuit can be blocked entirely.
- Not sure which size your machine takes? Pull the old valve and measure the fitting threads directly rather than guessing from the model name, some older Astoria's actually use both the 1/4" x 3/8" and 3/8" x 3/8" sizes in different locations.
