Astoria Group to Boiler Group Flange Screw

Longer Allen-head screw used on the outside of the group head, passing through the group, frame gasket, and frame into the boiler flange. Four are used per group.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Fits: All Astoria models, mounting the group head to the boiler flange (exterior)
  • Related part: Shorter M8 x 16 mm frame-to-boiler screw (AS_64)

INSTALLATION

DIY-friendly with a hex key, though torque all four evenly in a criss-cross pattern to keep the group seated square against the frame gasket.

PRO TIPS

  • Tighten these in a criss-cross (star) pattern rather than one at a time in sequence — this keeps even pressure on the frame gasket and helps prevent a boiler leak at the flange.
