This is the complete doser star assembly for Anfim on-demand dosers - the spring-loaded, star-shaped portioning wheel that meters out a single dose of ground coffee each time the doser lever is pulled. It's the heart of the dosing chamber, and this is the full assembly (star, spring, and pivot hardware), not just the star wheel alone.

INSTALLATION
Straightforward for anyone comfortable removing the doser cover, but line up the star's pivot and spring tension carefully so dose volume stays consistent.

- This part is out of production with only limited stock remaining industry-wide - once our stock sells out, sourcing a genuine replacement will be difficult.
- Worn or chipped star teeth are the classic cause of inconsistent or partial doses; if your doser feels like it's shorting shots, inspect the star teeth before assuming the spring is at fault.
