A 450mm SIT thermocouple used primarily in CMA gas-fired espresso and food-service equipment as the flame-sensing safety device for the gas valve; if the pilot flame goes out, this shuts gas flow off. This is a special order item that typically takes 4-6 weeks to process prior to shipping.
