John Guest 1/2" NPT x 3/8" Tube Push-Fit Adapter
A John Guest push-to-connect fitting with 1/2" male NPT threads on one end and a 3/8" tube push-fit on the other — no ferrules or compression nuts, the tube grips and seals itself once it's pushed in fully.

INSTALLATION
An easy DIY job — no tools needed for the tube side, just a wrench for the NPT threads.
PRO TIPS
- Cut the tube end square and deburr it before inserting — an angled or burred cut is the most common reason a push-fit connection weeps at the collet.
- Push the tube all the way to the internal stop, not just until it feels snug — a tube that's gripped but not fully seated can pull loose under pressure even though it looked secure going in.
- Keep this fitting away from cellulose paints, paint thinners, solder flux, and acid-based descalers or aggressive cleaners — they can attack the fitting's seals over time.
